Georgi Dimitrov is licensed civil engineer with more than 45 years of experience. He graduated with a degree in Industrial and Civil Engineering from the Higher Institute of Architecture and Civil Engineering (now University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy) and started his career in the state Civil and Construction Engineering Organisation in Sliven, where he worked for more than 15 years initially as a civil engineer and later on as a group leader.
For some time he held the position of Chief specialist in the Architectural and Construction Control Department of the Municipality of Sliven. Before establishing Kapital Stroitelstvo EOOD Georgi Dimitrov worked as a freelance civil engineer who specialized in structural and engineering design of residential buildings, public facilities, metal structures and others.

Mr Dimitrov is a member of the Chamber of Engineers in Investment Design.
